REFUNDS / RETURNS

RETURNS 

We must receive an email at info@flymidwestliberty.com prior to a return can be made. Returns and / or exchanges will not be accepted if not authorized. Our policy only allows 30 days for return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We further require a receipt and proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or store credit at the discretion of FlyMidwestLiberty.

SHIPPING

To return your product, after authorization has been approved, you should mail your product to: FlyMidwestLiberty 525 Northgate Ln Shorewood, IL 60404. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item to FlyMidwestLiberty, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can't and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
